We provide digital products and services including but not limited to WordPress Themes & Plugins, Shopify Themes, HTML/CSS Templates, UI Kits & Design Assets, Premium Theme Bundles, Theme Customization Services, Technical Support & Maintenance, and SaaS Tools such as RescueFill and Agency OS. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
When creating an account or making a purchase with Themefreex, you agree to provide accurate and complete information at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share, transfer, or sell your account access to any third party, and you must not attempt unauthorized access to our website, servers, or related systems. Any activity conducted under your account remains your sole responsibility.
All products purchased from Themefreex are governed by the following license terms. A Standard License permits use on one website or end product. The end product may not be sold, redistributed, or sublicensed and is suitable for personal or client projects where the product itself is not resold. An Extended License permits use on one end product that may be sold or distributed. It does not permit redistribution of the source files or theme itself and must be purchased separately for each project that is sold. Regardless of license type, you may not claim authorship or ownership of any Themefreex product. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying themes for resale is strictly prohibited. Redistribution or resale of any downloaded product in original or modified form is not permitted without express written consent from Themefreex.
All purchases are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of transaction. Payments must be completed in full before access to any digital product or service is granted. Themefreex accepts payments via Stripe, PayPal, and other supported processors. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Themefreex reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. For subscription-based products, recurring charges will apply on the agreed billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We offer a 14-day refund policy under the following conditions. Requests made within 14 days of purchase are eligible where the product is not functioning as described, or where a technical issue has been reported and could not be resolved by our support team. Refunds are not eligible for change of mind after the product has been downloaded or used, violation of these Terms & Conditions, customization or service-based work already delivered, or requests submitted after the 14-day window. All refund requests must be submitted via our official support system at support@themefreex.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
Unless otherwise stated, all themes, templates, plugins, code, graphics, design assets, and content available on Themefreex are the exclusive intellectual property of Themefreex or its licensors. Purchase of a product grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, or exploit any Themefreex product or website content without express written permission. Themefreex retains all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
Our products and website may integrate with or recommend third-party services including payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal, email providers such as Brevo and SendGrid, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, page builders such as Elementor and WPBakery, and CRM and automation tools. Themefreex is not responsible for any failure, bugs, data loss, or issues caused by these third-party integrations. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
All products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for the highest quality, Themefreex makes no guarantees regarding compatibility with all third-party plugins, hosting environments, or browsers, uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific business outcomes or revenue results, or compatibility with future platform updates such as WordPress or Shopify core updates. Any warranties beyond those required by law are expressly disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Themefreex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, damages arising from unauthorized access to your account, or issues resulting from third-party service failures. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
For users of Themefreex SaaS tools such as RescueFill or Agency OS, these tools may process client or end-user data on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from any individuals whose data is processed through these tools. Themefreex acts as a data processor for such tools while you remain the data controller. A Data Processing Agreement is available upon request for business users requiring GDPR compliance documentation.
