At ThemeFreex (a division of Codefreex), we are committed to providing high-quality WordPress themes, plugins, and custom development services. We understand that sometimes a digital product may not meet your specific expectations or technical requirements.

1. Our 14-Day “Satisfaction Guaranteed” Policy

If the product you purchased is not as expected, or if you encounter a technical issue that we are unable to resolve, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund under this policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Your request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase.

  • Description of Issue: You must provide a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations (e.g., missing features, compatibility issues, or design mismatch).

  • Technical Assistance: For technical bugs, we ask that you allow our support team one attempt to fix the issue before the refund is finalized.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 14-day window has expired.

  • “Change of mind” after the product has been used to complete a client project.

  • Issues caused by 3rd-party plugins or hosting environments that do not meet the minimum requirements stated on our product page.

  • Refusal to provide our team with the necessary access (e.g., temporary admin login) to troubleshoot a reported bug.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@themefreex.com.

  2. Include your Order Number and the name of the product.

  3. State your reason for the refund request.

  4. Our billing team will review your request within 2–3 business days. Once approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

5. Access After Refund

Upon the processing of a refund, your license key for the theme or plugin will be deactivated. You must delete all copies of the software from your servers and local machines, as you will no longer have a legal license to use the product.

6. Custom Development Services

Please note that this 14-day policy applies to pre-built digital products (Themes and Plugins). For Custom Development Projects (milestone-based work), refunds are governed by the specific service agreement signed at the start of the project.
